Interpersonal Relationships are relationships formed between two or more individuals. The relationship can possibly develop into a strong bond or stay as a brief relationship formed on the original communication. Interpersonal relationships can be formed on a social level, professional level, or on a romantic level. The context of the relationship depends upon the parties involved. Interpersonal relationships however cannot form without the basis of communication. Communication in interpersonal relationships is key to how the relationship will develop over time. Interpersonal relationships consist of many key traits in communication that will make the relationship successful.
